Biographical Info

Dr. Krupa Patel cares for patients as a general anesthesiolgist at New York Presbyterian Â鶹ɫÇéƬ Medical Center. Dr. Patel was born and raised in Michigan and moved to Pittsburgh after high school where she completed the entirety of her medical training. Dr. Patel completed her pre-medical undergraduate studies in Communication and Rhetoric and Chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh Kenneth P. Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences, where she was part of the honors college. She went on to earn her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She began her career in anesthesiology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, a rigorous and nationally renowned training program. Dr. Patel has always dreamed of living in New York City and is thrilled to join the Department of Anesthesiology with appointments as Assistant Attending Anesthesiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Instructor in Anesthesiology at Â鶹ɫÇéƬ Medical College.
